I have been in the Property Management field for 10+ years. My specialty has been in HUD subsidized apartment complexes but I have also had experience in market rate apartments and tax credit deals.

Hi , I am Scotty, a 40 year old male from TN. It is my goal to start a full time career investing in duplexes, tri-plexes, and quads.
