Born and grew up in Minneapolis, MN but relocated to Scottsdale/Phoenix, AZ in 2014. Have a 3 year dog name Maxx. Happily taken for over 5 years already by Stephanie. Will have a 3000 HP garage one day.

I'm a 24 year old REI from North Carolina that is interested in flips/rehabs and later in my career creating passive income through rental properties and even a few vacation rentals.
