I grew up on a farm and learned the importance of hard work at a young age. I bought my first rental property in college and rented it to my buddies (not a fancy house, but made money). Started my first company when I was 24 from the equity in my first two properties. I am now 41 and financially free and love to invest in real estate!

The saying cash poor and property rich sums me up perfectly . due to the passing of my dad and my mother having a serious stroke I have found myself property rich and cash poor..... And not knowing which way to turn to expand the family business. Good thing we did allot of estate planning.
