I am a Computer Programmer for a banking software company and a Realtor for RE/MAX. I'm a new investor I've decided I am wanting to take advantage of having my license and start purchasing homes myself. I'm trying to learn about all real estate investing. But, to begin with I would like to start out with single family and go from there.
