I'm and HVAC Technician, Property Manger, and now a Real Estate Investor. In the next 3 years I would like to buy 3-5 4+ unit multi families and transition to larger commercial real estate. I have big ambitions. I'm new to real estate and have a lot to learn. So far I really enjoy it, and am excited for the future.
