I am local to Spokane, WA and graduated college from EWU. There I majored in business management and finance, along with a minor in economics. I started my REI business in college as a wholesaler and after 3 months I was lucky enough to land my first deal. The fee was life changing and at that point I was hooked and haven't looked back since....
After all these years of investing in rental properties, I finally took the plunge and got my real estate license.
Our main focus has been single family properties, of all conditions, in the Pacific Northwest. When we aren't busy working on a house, or looking for a new project, you can find us outside. We enjoy taking full advantage of the outdoors between the Cascades and the coast. We currently reside in Southwest Washington
