Currently have 1 condo investment property. Which I have never really had a problem getting renters for. I do feel I paid to much up front for the property as a foreclosure, I just did not negotiate it well.
I am retired and just moved to my current location and looking to possibly get involved in some RE investing..
I live in the Energy Corridor of Houston TX with my wife and 2 children, 8 and 4.
I currently work a full time job as a Project Engineer for a company that builds solar facilities across the nation. I love my job but I eventually plan on settling down in a role that is not so travel intensive. I'm currently trying to learn as much as I can about real estate investing so I can live the life I want to when that time comes.
