I've invested in real estate in the past and received a nice profit by flipping a property. I'm currently conducting research so that I can learn more about investing in multifamily properties.
I would like to acquire and hold properties. Ultimately I would want to own enough rentals to gain financial freedom, since the positive cash flow from rental properties is what I consider truly passive income.
