I have been an investor for a short period of time, after building new construction homes in my past. From my relatively short experience flipping homes I have come to find that good Contractors and GC firms are hard to find. That revelation led me to form a GC/Construction company, BLS General Contracting.
I am currently a massage therapist seeking to increase my involvement with real estate. I am also the creator of an inspirational CD line called "Self-Talk from the Scriptures" and a certified life coach.
I am a salaried professional in another industry. I will inherit responsibility for managing an apartment building and a single-family home from my parents in the future. I want to learn everything I can so I can be ready, and add additional properties down the line. Loved Brandon's book and the podcast. Happy to be a member!!!
