My business partner, a licensed and active realtor, and I have flipped 2 homes and realized a descent profit on both however, its been a while since we have been able to locate a new project. I too have a real estate license, voluntary inactive at this time.
I am a motivated young man who's seeking knowledge and mentorship concerning real estate investing. I have no experience and only a strong desire to get things moving. I hope that this membership will help me to get started. Im excited!
