I am a 29 year old dentist, just beginning my education in property investment. I am Australian, living in China but will soon move to Singapore. I am interested in investment in Singapore, Australia and Thailand, but I would also love to learn about the US market and possibly invest there one day.

I am in the process of buying my first duplex. I already have an accepted offer and have begun the financing process, however I wish I would have found this site first! I still believe this will be a profitable investment.
