3 years ago I found my 1st fix-n-flip & build-n-flip project in Santa Ana, CA. I'm currently wholesaling a 4 lot Parcel Mapped lot with plans for 4 starter houses, in Riverside. I have a single lot, house-build-to sell, in Corona, CA.
