Now retired for the past 3 years from the building design & construction management industry I want to get involved with flipping properties. I own several properties currently.
I’ve been an active realtor in AZ since November 2018 & I was always curious about real estate wholesaling but I wanted to gain some knowledge & experience prior to investing. I’ve closed 8.9 million in real estate in the past 10 months and I feel like I’m finally ready to move onto investing.
