I am 26 years old and I want to start generating a passive income. I've always had an interest in property, I'm currently working as a Land Surveyor for local government, hence I have some knowledge regarding the registration of property.
I am currently in the Navy till May of 2016. I am currently working on my MBA and really interested in becoming a residential lawyer while owning multiple rental properties.
Am interested in investing in good rental-income properties, with a reliable property manager.

I find and close deals. At this time, I manage multi-family and sIngle-family properties. Total of 37 units. A few things I want to work on:
1. Get paid on time.
2. Get process for automatization.
3. Write a plan for paying down each mortgage.
4. Financing
