I got started in Real Estate as an assistant loan officer in 1996. Since then I've worked as a Title Examiner and Property Manager specializing in low income, Section 8, and Tax Credit properties. In 2012 I decided to stop managing properties for others and start investing in my own deals.

I wan to know the ins and outs of investing in real estate. I had my first property under contract but it fell threw. I am looking for the right guidance and tools to be successful. I am mainly interested in wholesaling and flipping. Eventually I would to own some rental properties to build wealth.
