Early 20s guy from New Jersey trying to get my feet wet in real estate.
I love real estate! I spend a lot of time looking at property online, driving through neighborhoods and peeking into window (don't tell anyone).
I am a Philadelphia college student looking to learn everything I can about real estate to invest within the next six months. It is my dream to flip properties as well as buy and hold. I hope to learn all that I can to get started and build wealth!
