I'm looking to break into the multi-family market here soon. I'm just got on with the LA County fire department. I'm also a veteran of the US Navy. Right now I'm crushing OT to be debt-free in a few months. Luckily there is plenty of OT to be had so I should be able to get the ball rolling very soon. My short-term goals are to use my VA loan...
