I am currently a telecommunications agent/broker, helping negotiate and close business-to-business services (voice, data, Internet, etc.) transactions between customers and telecom carriers. I have been involved in the telecom industry for over 15 years.

Rookie here! I'm interested in investing in long term residential rental properties in Houston and Lubbock Texas. This will be a side hustle while my wife and I maintain full time jobs. I currently own one SFR, but am interested in buying more SFR or small multifamily properties.
