I rent out through Airbnb and buy-fix-sell apartments. It would be easier to invest if I had more cash upfront to buy apartments.

I am from Costa Rica and I have been living in USA for 10 years.
My first deal , was a land in Costa Rica close to the beach and now I decided to get a duplex. I did most of the fixing of the duplex all on my own. I am living upstairs, and just put the sign for rent downstairs. Now What ?! lol I want more properties but not idea how.
