I'm an individual (not a RE professional) who inherited some raw land in north Stafford County VA that is zoned commercial (B-1). I would like to learn more about the potential for developing the property, or selling it at a fair price.
Purchased a foreclosure that needed extensive rehabbing back in 2015, brought it back to life, and then some. I enjoy transforming something ugly to a thing of beauty. My focus is on rehabbing and rentals ie. the BRRRR strategy and my real estate goal is to acquire 10 SFR/MF properties per year.
