I have been involved in apartment lending for the last 7 years. I am looking to finally get started in purchasing my own multifamily properties and learning about other techniques/ opportunities in generating additional income as well.
I had 3 rental properties locally at some point and now I only have 1 as I have sold 2 of them. The cash flow for turnkey properties out of state looks really good and I am in the process of learning everything I can about it.
