Just found this blog when I was trying to find info on Fortune Builders.
About 6 years ago I purchased a duplex as investment prop and did EVERYTHING wrong. Eventually lost the property. My father has been a commercial real estate agent for more than 35 years so I have a little real estate knowledge.
