After being involved in real estate since 2004, I became a full time real estate investor in Jan of 2016. I do good due diligence and know how to put a ground team in place. Ideally everyone on the team gets a fair share of the action and everyone walks away satisfied.

Veteran, relocated to the DC area 10 years ago. IT Professional, "dad" of a 5-yr old boxer, and volunteer in the city as a computer instructor teaching basic computer skills that helps people get jobs, etc.
Picked up a book about buying small investment properties and have been reading all I can since then. Currently own one property and am eagerly looking for the next.
Worked in I.T. for 20 years until company cutbacks changed that career path which, in hindsight, was the best thing to happen as it led me to Real Estate and real estate investing.
