I own a rental property in NJ. I was robbed 3/4 year rent by tenant who knows how to play the system. Bankruptcy case (a joke) was dismissed this morning with no consequence for abusing bankruptcy to avoid eviction. I had to play by the rules and they just dragged it on ever adjournment possible.
