i am a part time real estate investor. i am not licensed but am considering it as it has now gotten so much easier to do online. i buy houses and hold for rental income. my plan is to sell and owner finance at retirement. we are considering doing some flipping only because everyone else seems to be and it is still over inflatinging prices...
