I am a millennial with a degree in architecture. I practiced architecture for 6 years before making the move to the construction management sector.
Aside from my 9-5 I have invested in a few properties over the last 5 years. Ranging from mixed use to commercial space. These projects have been personally and privately funded.
I've been flipping homes full-time now for about 2 1/2 years. We will have completed over 30 projects by the end of 2016. We specialize in homes that can sell in the $150-175K range after remodel.
