I'm a recent college graduate working at Buildium, property management software. I want to learn more about the real estate industry so that I may better serve potential customers during my sales calls.
I am a buy and hold investor and BRRRR is my favorite method of investing. I bought my first property at the end of 2018. I have four SFR now and looking for the next one. All my rentals are in the Atlanta area. I also have a real estate license but not actively working as an agent. Use my license primarily for my own deals.
I currently deal with section 8 rentals only but am looking for other cash flow opportunities.
