I'm a part-time real estate investor who lives north of Elk River. Full-time cyber security consultant, drinks Bulletproof Coffee, and is constantly doing projects around the house. Working towards massive passive income within the next ten years.
I am a new real estate investor in NC, I have a passion for anything relating to real estate and real estate investing. Being a member of bigger pockets I look forward to gaining knowledge, networking ,forming good business relationships and sharing whatever i know about real estate to benefit other members.
I'm a mechanical engineer by day and spend my nights with my beautiful wife or learning REI and other new things. Currently working on a live and flip property (with plans to hold on to it as a long term rental). I’m always learning while keeping an eye out for a deal on a small multi-family or SFR to house hack in Southern California.
I am a real estate investor with duplexes and a fourplex in Prescott and Tempe Arizona. I am working to save for my next investment, and I want to learn more, make friends and mentors, and keep myself challenged as I am saving. In addition, I have a MBA from Benedictine University.
