Have a regular full-time job as a mortgage banker with The Federal Savings Bank. I am a relatively new investor, mostly looking for buy and hold residential properties, to include vacation rentals. Open to flip opportunities, but generally opposed to the idea of inflating prices that are already difficult to afford for "typical" homeowners!
