I found myself late one night looking into information regarding real estate investing for my parents. I stumbled onto Bigger Pockets and I've been addicted since. I am ready to get into real estate in a way I have not been before. And thanks to this site I am more and more excited.
I am a plumber by trade and have been wanting to buy houses cheap, remodel what needs it and flip them for yrs. I have never had a financial backer until now. Im very excited to get started and my partner and i are going to do most all of the work ourselves in the beginning using small houses to start for practice so the risk will be less.
I am new to the real estate investment thing. I've always loved the idea of being able to own and manage rental homes and now that I'm getting older I want to learn everything I can about it. I want to be able to have that additional income and take better care of my family
