I’m a carpenter electrician and all around jack of most trades dealing with homes love the work just getting older and it’s becoming much harder look to be finically free by the time I’m fifty looking into getting into real estate

My husband and I have personally remolded homes and resold them in California. WE have lived in 5 of our own properties of which 2 where were flips . We flipped 3 other homes and had one built from ground up and then sold.
