Hello! I'm a buy and hold/value add investor in Columbus/Bexley, OH. After previously dabbling with wholesaling, flipping and short sales in my earlier years, I've found buy and hold to be my happy place. I currently own and manage 13 rental units with plans to move into larger multi-unit properties in the near future.
