I have been investing in real estate since 2013. Currently I own several multi-families both in the Northeast and on the West coast which were purchased with a buy and hold strategy in mind. Recently my focus has been on building an REI business with the goal of increasing cash flow and expanding my portfolio.
My wife and I are real estate investors in Alaska. We have a triplex in Homer, AK which we are currently house hacking. We also have a duplex in Wisconsin which is where we both grew up. Looking to expand in both markets. My day job is a fishing guide in Homer.
