I am a nurse by trade but I am looking for a second income stream in long term buy and hold single/multi family properties. I am on the hunt for a good market in North Jersey or New York state. My goal is to match my current income in rental income within 5 years. I am excited to join such a vibrant and welcoming community!

We are looking to purchase our first income property. The goal is to purchase a unit that our daughter can live in during college (with roommates) and that we can then rent out to other parties once she has graduated. I currently own and run a 4 unit B&B.
