Currently saving up as much money as I can so that I can do a single family house hack through living in a trailer on the side of the property.
My current timeline is that I will save up what I need by December 2021 and then I can start putting in offers!

Hi, I am a 19 soon to be 20 year military veteran. I served both in the U.S. Army and currently with the Coast Guard. Originally from Miami, FL but have lived in the VA area for over 7 years. I have always had an interest in real estate and look forward to growing as an investor.
