Seasoned veteran in Fix & Flips, Buy/Holds, quasi-wholesaling, and all phases of residential construction. Got a taste of commercial redevelopment and liked it, haven't looked back. Found a niche in restoring historic mixed-use buildings and filling them with high-quality tenants.
Fairly new to the business but doing it full time, studying, learning and looking at properties daily to educate myself on the market. I've already spent over $15,000 on training/courses and currently building a strong network of contacts across the industry.
