I am currently serving in the Navy and on my way to buying my first investment property in April 2015. I'm currently interested in the buy and hold aspect of real estate.
My husband and I liquidate the contents of homes and businesses, and quite frequently, we run into situations where the property owners / executors need the property to be liquidated as well, but we refer them to a Realtor. We get the house emptied and cleaned but we would like to learn more about the real estate side of the business.
