I'm a long time builder and have worked with one of America's "Big Builders" for a dozen years inspecting finished homes. I'm now working for myself as a home inspector in Southwest Ohio, Northern KY, and Lexington, KY.

Hi, I'm Troy. I don't know much about investing in real estate. My wife and I have purchased a house. I really do t want to place all my retirement eggs in a company 401k. Plus it seems to me that a lot of people are starting to delve into the real estate market. I would like to buy property in low income areas and rent those properties....
