I enjoy investing in real estate..more a hobby at this point. I have three properties, two of which are SFHs that I had built. I am in the process of having two more built. I rent out all of them.

I purchased my first investment at 22 years old. It was right at the peak of the market before the market went down. It was an experience full of lessons. I haven't invested since. In many ways I'm starting all over again. I hope to learn from others, connect, and collaborate for wealth building through real estate.
