I am starting up again as a real estate investor. I have 3 years experience in sandwich lease purchases. I also have 6 years experience as a realtor. I am currently a math teacher. Have the summer off and am looking to start 3 projects to possibly not return to teaching in August.
I am in the process of gathering as much information to increase my overall financial intelligence, and I'd like to learn as much as possible about real estate investment. I am very interested in learning how to invest in low/no money down investing and how to reinvest earnings made.
