I am relatively new to the real estate game. I currently rent out a one bedroom with a loft in Middletown, CT. I am currently employed as an IT professional for a local town but I am looking to build my real estate portfolio to a level adequate for a comfortable retirement in 20 years.
1st time home owner wants to add to portfolio
My husband and I both work- I have a full-time job and he is self-employed. We have 3 rental properties and are interested in getting more. All the properties we have were renovated by my husband- he is a master electrician and has a contractors license.
I am interested in learning more about how to structure homes sold with terms, like lease option ect..
I enjoy learning how to be profitable with real estate investing and learn how to keep out of trouble.
I have done flips in the past and purchase properties to improve and hold.
