I currently serve in the US military. Buy and hold investing is what I really enjoy, single family, multi-family, I love it all. My career keeps me constantly moving so it makes sense to turn my properties into rentals.

Im a jack of all trades. Ive done many jobs and had many hobbies. Hobbies now are mainly MMA (just training my fighting day are done), kayaking, fishing, learning new stuff.
