I've been an entrepreneur for a few years now and started my first company "Custom Apparel" in 2013. I started my real estate career in the US in the spring of 2017, with a cute little house hack. I lived for free and even made a few hundred dollars a month!
Since then, I've built a small portfolio of SFH in Baltimore, MD, and I am also currently flipping houses and lending money in Buffalo, NY.
My husband and I have rehabbed 2 single family home (personal) and 1 duplex (our LLC); both make me happy. We look forward to buying two more multi-family units (quad or duplex) with our LLC before the year ends.
I am 37, a single dad, twice divorced. I am one exam away from earning a Bachelor's in Business Administration and I also serve in the Army as a 68W, hoping to complete training as a nurse after I recover from back surgery in February.
