I am a licensed real estate agent in WV and recently became a licensed broker in NC; where I now live. I have been a real estate investor since 2007; both fix and flips and buy and hold. I have mostly residential rentals but a few commercial as well. I am interested in real estate in southern WV as well as the Triangle area of NC.
I work for a property investment /management group and would like to start investing in properties myself in a few months
