I am an REO Specialist, I work closly with bank asset managers to most major banks, including Fannie Mae. I provide investors with real estate properties not yet posted to the MLS with enough equity for immediate flip or rental.
My husband and I work together to find properties that need more than just a little TLC and turn them into properties that are qualified for VA and FHA financing.
