Multi-family fell into my lap in 1982. I couldn't qualify for a home loan at 19% interest on a mere engineer's salary, so I bought a 6-plex. They looked at the income from the rents!
And the quest was on for what other rules we needed to know to play the game.
Small apartment rehab (6-50 units) to general contracting to brokering 3500...

I've been a landlord for 15 years now and at the moment I'm selling my units, I'm looking forward to expand more in investing in real state. I currently have a full time job as a Phlebotomy, also do Notary Public on the side. Looking forward to learn from this site and connect.
