Hello. I'm Ed Howard, a novice investor, looking to grow my knowledge, expertise and portfolio in real estate. Right now, I own a 4 unit property acquired in March of 2016, in Euclid, OH. As of today, it is fully occupied. I'm getting my feet wet in the whole aspect of buying and holding, and dealing with tenants and repairs.
