However, I’ve been away from real estate for some time with the exception of the house I bought 4 years ago through seller financing. We sold it for a healthy profit and start putting the proceeds into rentals units....

Hello! I am currently an airline pilot and looking to do some real estate investing in the side. Givin my job, I typically get to have about 12-15 days off so I think this will be fun to keep me busy on my days off and plan for my future. I’m new to this so I’m looking at investing in all kinds of properties to find my niche.
