Small time investor in lower income housing.
I help my mother in law in the management of her 18 unit rent controlled apartment building in Los Angeles. I feel the building is under performing at about 60% of potential. With each vacancy I seek to improve the unit and obtain market rate rents. I have been involved for about 2-1/2 years.
