We buy, remodel or rehab then sell retail... single or multi family homes in the greater Charlotte, NC area... any price, any condition. I was a General Contractor with a residential remodeling business in Westchester County NY. I bought & sold several of my own properties. Eventually I bought land & built on speculation.
I'm willing to utilize my skills that I have for real estate at the moment. And to gain from my peers.
